If you have received a faulty/incorrect item then please contact us by e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org When e-mailing please include your order number, description of the fault and also some photos of the issue. We will then have to get in contact with the manufacturer to get this resolved as quick as possible for you. In some instances the item will need to be collected and inspected. Quite often a replacement may be dispatched directly from our suppliers. If the item is found not at fault after inspection we will be unable to issue a refund/replacement.
We understand alot of orders are polaced for christmas gifts towards the end of the year so we extend our returns period to accomadate things not fitting etc. Any orders placed from the end of October will be able to return the item(s) right up until the end of January the following
Full Returns details
- We allow 60 days for all returns. Anything past this please contact us beforehand.
- We have partnered up with Collect+ to get a cheaper return rate for parcels. We can offer a return with Collect+ for £4.96. This is only available for our UK customers and for parcels with max dimensions of 60x50x50cm
- Original outgoing postage costs (If any) will be refunded if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase, after this we cannot refund the original postage costs. This does not include any premium delivery service (Express or Saturday Deliveries)
- All returns must be sent back to us in their original resalable condition and in original packaging.
- If sending back with your own carrier, please ensure you enclose a returns form that can be found HERE.
- We cannot accept the return if the item is returned used.
- When sending an item back, please package up the item securely and do not put any tape/labels directly on the items box /packaging as the item will need to be sold onwards, and as you can appreciate no one wants label stickers all over their newly purchased item.
- If you are using your own carrier we advise to send the item back tracked to ensure the item arrives back with us safely.
- The item is your responsibility until it arrives back with us, and gets signed for by us.
- Exchanges will be sent out free of charge once processed.
- We can only offer Free exchanges to UK Mainland Customers, Exchanges for other destinations cannot be issued and we will issue a full refund on the returned goods.
- Returns can take up to 5 working days to process once they have arrived back with us, but can be as little as 1-2 days.
