Our Return Policy

Here at Proline Skates we allow 60 days from date of purchase for the return of any UNUSED, RESELLABLE item for a refund.
Simply follow the steps below to send your item back to us.

Sending The Item Back

Ensure the item you are returning is in a resellable, unused condition.
Wrap up the item you are returning making sure not to put any tape or labels on to the products packaging.

Please include the slip that is found on the bottom of your receipt.
If you have lost the receipt or do not have a slip, please include a note with your name and order number so we know who the order has come from.

Using Royal Mail Returns

If you choose to use our Royal mail pre-paid service then a deduction of £3.95 will be applied to your refund.

Arranging Own Return

If the item falls outside the max dimenisons for Royal Mail or you would like to use your own courier then please send your return to the following address:

Please note: the item is your responsibility until it is back with us so we advise to use a tracked service when sending goods back to us.


All items returned within the 60 days will be refunded.
We no longer offer exchanges, if you need to exchange please re-order the size you require once the refund is processed.

Original outgoing postage costs (If any) will be refunded if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase, after this we cannot refund the original postage costs.
This does not include any premium delivery service (Express or Saturday Deliveries)

If you have used our Royal Mail service £3.95 will be deducted from your refund.

We aim to process all refunds within 7 working days of the item being received back with us.
Once processed it can take 2-5 working days for your bank to process the return payment.

Returning Items Under Warranty

All products will come with a manufacturers warranty. Each product will have a different warranty length but most of the time this information can be found on the leaflet that comes with your product.

If you feel you need to claim under warranty then there is a few steps to follow:
Please send us an e-mail over which includes your order number, a description of the fault and also images and/or videos.
Manufacturers tend to request all this information and will speed up the claim.
We will pass all this information over to the manufacturer and await their expert opinion.

Please note: Manufacturers decision on warranties are final

Christmas Returns

We allow until the end of January 2024 for all orders placed after Nov 1st 2023 For refund.
If you have a Christmas gift that was purchased prior to this date please let us know via e-mail and we can get this sorted for you.
