Although we try our very best to keep our website 100% accurate, there maybe occasions an item is out of stock or mis-priced. When this occurs we will contact you and either give you an option of cancelling the order or choosing an alternative item.
Once orders are shipped we are unable to make any amendments to the order. Please ensure you have ordered the correct item(s). We allow 60 days for returns so if you have chosen the incorrect product you are welcome to send the item back for a full refund.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is included in the price shown. For all other countries, VAT will be removed once you get to the checkout/payment stage.
You will be liable for any Customs fees/tax charges in your own country if outside of the UK.
All payments are handled by our card processors. We do not store any of your payment information on our system. We only use payment providers who use at leat 128bit encryption to ensure data is secure.

After an order is placed our card processors do some fraud screening against the order to ensure the order is safe to send out. In some instances this system may flag up the order as high risk. In these situations we will e-mail you regarding the order and request extra details.
We reserve the right to cancel any order we deem too risky to send.
All items we sell come with a manufacturers warranty. The time frame for this will differ per product so always relate to the manual provided with the item or the manufacturers website.
If we do need to raise a warranty claim for you then please ensure you have e-mailed us with some images of the fault along with your order details and brief description of the issue. This will speed up this process.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so, in part or in full, due to circumstances beyond our control, such as a delay caused by our courier partners.
From time to time we will offer discount codes and/or discounted items. We reserve the right to remove these without notice.
Discounts cannot be applied to Pre-order Items.
Only one discount code can be applied to an order. We are unable to change this once applied.
As we sell all kinds of outdoor sporting equipment we have to warn of the dangers that can arise from their use. We will always advise the use of protective equipment when using any products sold on this site.
Our staff/owners cannot be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur when using items purchased from ourselves.
It is the users responsibility to ensure their equipment is in good enough condition to use.We recommend you check your purchase over prior to use.
